We send them the request and they answer it. If they already have a Slayt account, the request attaches to the profile they already own; if they do not, they get one. Either way nothing lands on your roster until they say yes, and we never tell you which of the two it was.

Invite talent to claim their profile

These are roster profiles with no login attached. Sending one over hands the person their own account. You stay their rep, and everything already on the profile stays where it is. Links expire after 14 days and only work for the address you enter.
